Introducing the 2024 Cadillac Escalade: Luxury and Power Combined

Design

The Escalade’s base model is named Luxury, which is fitting since there is so much included as standard features that you may not even need to look at upper-level trims. Although it’s the only one not to have genuine leather in the cabin, the quality of the faux version is so good that it just doesn’t matter. Convenience is everywhere, from the illuminated door handles to the two household-style three-prong power outlets.

Comfort is paramount in the 2024 Escalade. The driver and front passenger seats are adjustable 12 ways with lumbar support. Two drivers get memorized settings for the steering column, seat, and side mirror. In addition to the steering wheel and front-row seats, the second-row outboard seats are also heated. A tri-zone climate control system offers individual temperature settings to the driver, front passenger, and rear-seat occupants. Even the longest road trips are comfortable for everyone in this vehicle.

Performance

A 6.2-liter V8 engine delivering 420 hp and 460 lb-ft of torque is standard on the 2024 Escalade’s base model. It’s 4-wheel drive with a 10-speed automatic transmission. The Premium Smooth Ride suspension ensures a more comfortable ride on less-than-perfect roads. Remote Start allows you to pre-heat or pre-cool your Escalade before entering it. Automatic Vehicle Hold reduces driver fatigue during constant stop-and-go traffic by holding the vehicle in place while you remove your foot from the brake.

Technology

A 14.2-inch cluster display, 7.2-inch control panel, and 19-speaker AKG Studio sound system with AM/FM and HD radio are standard on the lowest Escalade trim. The infotainment system features a massive 16.9-inch touchscreen that controls navigation, music, information, and other features. Wireless Android Auto and Apple CarPlay, Bluetooth, Wi-Fi hotspot capability, and wireless phone charging are all standard. You also get three years of the OnStar Premium Plan and a 6-month trial subscription for SiriusXM with 360L.

Safety

Even the 2024 Escalade base model has excellent standard safety features, including:
