I traded in my mustang for a $700.00 profit and deposit on a used 2018 Pathfinder. The engine was blown and wasn't noticed until day 3 after the sale. The vehicle was kept and the engine status was on backorder and kept being delayed past the expected arrival date with no end in sight. Don Franklin bought back the Pathfinder, I lost the $700.00 on my Mustang trade and I purchased a vehicle from Don Franklin Nissan in Somerset, KY.

My husband and I had such a great experience purchasing a new truck! We were greeted at the door, and they had the truck pulled up and ready for us to test drive. Darron made the process easy from start to finish, and we were out of there in half the time its taken at other dealerships. Even with a several hour drive, I would most definitely return to purchase another vehicle.

Time for oil change and tire rotation, called the service department and they get me in on the date that best suits my schedule. I love the fact that they come and get my vehicle and bring it back to me at work. This really helps out.

This was our second time buying from don franklin burkesville! It was the best experience. We saw the van we wanted online, called Brenda and she had us in the van within a couple hours. Brought my 2017 Cruze LT to this dealership to fix curb damage resulting in 2 blown tires and unknown other damage, in which I inquired them to inspect. Also when dropping car off asked tech to check transmission which has been rough shifting since purchased. The car was done in less than 36 hours. Though tech said he would be thorough with the c heck for additional damage, it appeared as though the only additional checks for damage done were visual. It does not appear the car was driven to check for any vibrations, noises, etc from hidden damage after the fact. Also, ...
