Absolutely disappointed and furious with our experience at Don Franklin-Hyundai, Richmond Rd Lexington, KY. We purchased a brand new car that turned out to have serious mechanical issues after driving it for just more than 2 weeks. It got towed back to them. When we brought this to their attention, they flat-out lied to us, claiming we had no right to return or exchange the vehicle. Took my Chevy traverse to get the suspension fixed . Spent $1000 of dollars and it’s not fixed . I have called Russ the Manger several times leaving messages with no return call . I plan on calling main owner to try to get my car fixed . Don’t take your car here !!!

This is our second car purchase from this dealership. I have to say, it was even better than the first 5 years ago. The dealership was great. Our Salesman Ben was a perfect fit for us. Rip off Dealer. Filed a complaint with the BBB. No response from the rip off dealer. Dodge service Dept is the worst from the service writer that is stuck in the Woodstock area too the service manager that is a full flat out lier to the tech that said I need a $4500,00 exhaust. What a disgrace. Took it to a local shop in michigan and they found and fixed a broken ground wire for the computer. Truck is fixed and it was only $212,00. Not 4500.00 plus labor. Still no response from the owner of Don Franklin or Woodstock.
